Stay clear of Repco at North Parramatta as they are totally unprofessional and terrible customer service!! Went in to buy a product took it to the counter it scanned at a higher price. I told the person behind the counter that the price was incorrect and she just said to me it wasn’t her problem. It was somebody else’s problem that they pay to change the prices.. feel sorry for the owner of the business if they employ these sort of clowns good luck !!!!! Went next door to Super cheap auto, had the best customer experience.!!!

I just wanted some windscreen wipers, and although they seemed to have plenty in stock there were no books to look up part numbers for the car and when I asked the staff they said they could lend me a measuring tape. Not useful when you're not using the car that needs the wipers! In general, although reasonably friendly I would expect some car knowledge from staff or to pass me on to someone who does. For that reason, probably wouldn't go to this place very often

Good experience as expected at Repco. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Parking is shared with adjacent stores, however, it's usually not a problem. Stock availability is usually not an issue at this store. Would recommend.
Today, 30 of May, I went this repco but really unpleasant, This one staff the Asia lady was very Impolite and seemed not learn maner. Grumpy and no say thank you even I said thank you first.
I was oneway customer but Never again such shop again.
Came in to see Paul today to collect my online order and was very happy with the customer service I received. Paul went above snd beyond to make sure I was happy. Will definitely be a returning custom. Thanks again.
The staff were so helpful, I came in late afternoon and they ordered in what I needed. Got a call the next morning to say it was ready to pick up. Can't beat that for great service. Thanks!
